School Uniform

School Uniform

We are acutely aware that children grow fast! Our uniform is therefore sold at cost and is realistically priced. The school does not profit form the sale of uniform. Please remember that we also have a collection of good quality pre-loved uniform in school that is waiting to be reused in order to help the environment and your purse. The vast majority of pupils wear jumpers and cardigans with a school logo. However, if you would prefer to purchase a non-logo item from another source, this is also acceptable - as long as it is dark green. 

School uniform can be ordered direct from our suppliers, The Uniform and Leisurewear Company (formerly Mike’s Sports World in Garstang) and Willow Farm Embroidery. School uniform ordered during term time can be delivered to school free of charge and collected from the school office or, in the case of The Uniform and Leisurewear Company, in person direct from the shop. 

All items of uniform are of the highest quality from well known brands such as Trutex, Regatta and Gildan and are embroidered in house by their highly trained staff. This ensures that all garments are personally inspected before being dispatched, resulting in the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

School Uniform

Grey trousers, shorts, pinafore or skirt

Dark green v-neck cardigan or v-neck jumper

White school shirt with short or long sleeves (NOT polo shirt)

Green and gold striped St Lawrence School tie (elasticated version available for younger pupils)

Black school shoes (NOT trainers)

Grey school socks  or tights (white ankle socks may be worn in summer)

Dark green (preferred) or black coat

Summer uniform may be worn from Easter to October half term as follows: 

Smart grey shorts with grey ankle socks (NB - If preferred, shorts may be worn at any time of year).

Green and white checked dresses with white ankle socks.

Shoes should still be black.

Coats may be worn with or without the school logo but MUST be black or green. A school fleece may be worn in warmer weather. 

Uniform supplied by our suppliers consists of:

Green v-neck sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo

Green and gold striped St Lawrence School tie (elasticated version available for younger pupils)

Green book bag with school logo

The following items may be purchased from our suppliers or from any supplier of your choice.

White school shirt, either long or short sleeved

Grey trousers, shorts, skirt or pinafore

Grey socks or tights (white ankle socks with summer dresses)

Black flat school shoes (trainers are NOT acceptable)

Coat - These must be green (preferred) or black and can be with or without the school logo

PE Kit, which should be worn to school on your child's PE day, consists of:

Plain white polo shirt

Black shorts

Black plain jog pants

Black pumps or plain black trainers

School jumper, cardigan or fleece

Please ensure that ALL items of uniform are clearly labelled with your child’s name - you would be surprised by the amount of lost property we collect each term!
