PUBLIC SECTOR EQUALITY DUTY
Public bodies, including local-authority-maintained schools, are covered by the Public Sector Equality Duty in the Equality Act 2010. This means that we must publish:
• details of how the school is complying with the Public Sector Equality Duty
• the school’s equality objectives and actions. This must be updated at least once every four years.
